Transparency is our priority. The only additional cost to the listed price is the federal dock fee (approx. $10-$15 USD per person), paid directly at the marina before boarding. Other than that, there are no surprise fees.
04 How do I book and is payment secure?
It’s easy and secure. You only need a small deposit to lock in your date and time. The remaining balance is paid on the day of your trip, right before boarding. We accept credit cards and transfers.
05 What happens if there is bad weather?
Your safety comes first. If the Port Authority closes the port due to bad weather, we offer to reschedule at no cost or a 100% refund of your deposit. You won't lose your money.
